Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the Policy) sets out how Doverka LLC (TIN 1615016159, KPP 161501001), address: Office 503, 7 Universitetskaya St., Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan, 420500, Russia (the Operator) processes and protects personal data.
1.2. The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (the Law) and applies to all personal data the Operator receives via the website doverka.tech (the Website) and in negotiations and contracts with counterparties.
1.3. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version of this Policy prevails.
2. Legal grounds
- the Constitution and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law, Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection";
- the Operator's charter;
- contracts to which the data subject or their employer is a party;
- the consent of the data subject.
3. Purposes, data subjects and data

3.2. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data and does not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
4. Processing
4.1. Processing is mixed, with and without automation tools. Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law, and may entrust processing (for example, to a hosting provider) under a contract with confidentiality obligations. No cross-border transfer takes place.
5. Cookies and local storage
5.1. The Website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
5.2. Your selected theme and language are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to the Operator.
6. Security measures
- a person responsible for organising personal data processing is appointed;
- access to personal data is limited to employees who need it;
- data from the Website is transmitted over HTTPS;
- backups, access control and internal compliance checks are in place.
7. Your rights
- to receive information about the processing of your data;
- to demand correction, blocking or deletion of your data;
- to withdraw your consent;
- to appeal to Roskomnadzor or to court.
8. Requests
8.1. Send requests or withdrawal of consent to hello@doverka.tech or by post to the Operator's address. The Operator replies within 10 business days; this term may be extended by up to 5 business days with a reasoned notice.
8.2. When the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the Operator deletes the data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law or contract.
9. Final provisions
