Consent to Personal Data Processing

By filling in the form on doverka.tech and ticking the consent box, I freely and in my own interest give Doverka LLC (TIN 1615016159, KPP 161501001), address: Office 503, 7 Universitetskaya St., Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan, 420500, Russia (the Operator) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Personal data
- name;
- company name (if provided);
- email address or Telegram username;
- any other information I include in my message.
2. Purpose
Reviewing and replying to my request, discussing possible cooperation and preparing a proposal.
3. Actions
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation tools.
4. Third parties
The Operator does not transfer my data to third parties except to processors acting under a contract (such as a hosting provider) and where required by law. No cross-border transfer takes place.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last request.
I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to hello@doverka.tech or by post to the Operator's address.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy. The Russian version of this document prevails.
